Homemade Destress Balls

Tactile Activities can be very calming.
1 uninflated balloon (keep away from children under 4 years of age)
1 funnel
1/3 cup of filler-sugar or uncooked rice or uncooked quinoa or any other grain
Using the funnel, fill the uninflated balloon with the filler. Tie balloon with a knot. Squeeze. Relax. Squeeze. Relax.
These can also be used like bean bags for playing catch or throwing into containers.
